Yoga and Kayaking in Howe Sound

Join us for a wonderful and relaxing paddle exploring beautiful Howe Sound. This location offers sheltered waters for paddling with stunning mountain ranges in the background! Restore your balance, and deepen your connection with your body and our natural surroundings with 3-4 hours of paddling, yoga and meditation practices each day. Plan on spending 3 days with plenty of time to relax by the water's edge listening to the lapping of waves and enjoying the serenity of nature.

Meet Your Guides

Jess Bradshaw

Jess is a Paddle Canada Kayak instructor and guide, will be your lead guide, providing safety on the water, teaching paddling skills, and cooking delicious meals.

Me, Drew Climie

I'll be leading yoga and meditative sessions both on land and on the water. These are aimed at connecting to ourselves and being grounded in the present moment. New to yoga and meditation? No problem, Everyone is welcome!
